So week 1 is over and I think I did ok. The 4th day was killer and I was dying and wanting something more...but held out until about Friday when I lost some points and again on Saturday when I made a birthday cake for my brother in law (a cake I had never made before) so I had to taste it and then had a very small piece with everyone. All in all I am proud of myself for finishing the week well and losing 2.6 pounds. I lost almost 2% of my body weight and I think that is an accomplishment. Next week I plan on working even harder and losing more. I really have a goal of losing 5 pounds in a week, wish me luck!
