Miss Kaylie had her first doctors appointment yesterday afternoon. The doctor said she looked great and was a very cute baby (we already knew the second part). They weighed her and she is down to 6 lbs. 2 oz., which actually put her in the 9% for her age. Her head was 34.5 cm, that is the 42% and her length, which was actually 19" puts her in the 29% for her age. She has a tiny bit of jaundice, her count was 9.8, but the doctor said that the more she eats and poops the faster it will go away. My mom took her on a walk today and that hopefully gave her a little indirect sunlight, and I think they will be going on walks the rest of the time they are here...so I am for sure sending Kaylie with them. Plus I think she likes being out in her stroller enjoying the ride.
Today I am working on her blessing invitations and they are turning out so cute! I took the cutest picture of her for them, I posted to the photo album. Well I need to print the envelopes so I can get these mailed out tomorrow, but I had to write really quick.
She is amazing and I am so happy to have her home with us. Daddy, me and Kendra love this girl to bits!

Sounds like her appointment was a success! (Other than the jaundice...seems like it's so common though) Olivia hasn't been in the 9th percentile for her weight since she was just a tiny babe. We'll see how she does today though. It's her 2-year checkup!
