Well I joined the YMCA last week and have been going to classes almost every day except Saturday and Sunday since then. These classes are so awesome and they are sure kicking my butt! It is really nice because I meet my sister in law Brenda there and my friend Shanna, and sometimes my friends Amy and Marie are there so it is nice to have so many people in the class that I know, it sure makes it easier to go. It is really great because while I am working out Kaylie is able to be tended in day for up to 2 hours, but I only leave her there for about 1 1/2 hours while I walk on the tread mill before class and then during the class. Anyway, I love the feeling of getting in shape...I hope I look really good for Lisa's wedding in July. As for my sweet girls...not too much is going on, but here is an update anyway!
Kendra has lost 3 teeth so far, her front 2 and 1 right below...and the other one right below the top on is loose. She is going to have a huge hole in her mouth...I will take a picture as soon as that one falls out. School is almost over for her, the last day is May 23rd and I am sure she is looking forward to her first real Summer Vacation! We will be starting our weekly rotating custody with her mom the last week of school, so we will only have her every other week...I hope this really works out like we are planning and hoping. She has a dance recital on June 3rd that we are looking forward to. I just bought one of her ballet pictures she took and I will scan that as soon as it comes in the mail...it is really cute! Miss Kaylie is just wonderful, I really do have the most beautiful little girl in the world! At least I think so and really that's all that matters. I get so many comments when I carry her around places. Today the lady at the front office of Kendra's school told me Kaylie was petite! That is the first time I have heard that one about Kaylie. She is tiny, but she has the cutest little legs, chubbier than the rest of her body. She is doing great with keeping her head up, I think she will be done with the bobbling of her head here in the next week or so. We have been doing more tummy time to get some more strength in her neck, but she doesn't like tummy time that much. My mom bought her a Bumbo to help her learn to sit up, that should be here in a couple weeks...I can't wait. I had her sit in my friends baby's Bumbo and Kaylie loved it. I can't say she will be rolling over anytime soon, I don't know that she will stay on her tummy long enought to figure it out. And of course she is now all smiles...well mostly in the morning. But every single time I look at her and tell her "I love you", she smiles and laughs, it is adorable!
I put this picture on a t-shirt for Spencer's birthday from the girls!

I absolutely love that dress. Yes, I love that you were at Naomi's birth. I need you and Sylvia to remind me of that day from time to time because I have a terrible memory. But that picture of the girls is perfect. Have a good weekend. Love you all, Laura
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you are enjoying the YMCA. That is so nice when you have people to work out with! I agree, it makes it much more enjoyable! Love the update on the girls too!
